Questions people actually ask

Answered straight

Play the whole ride — the offers, the farewell, what comes after. The full soccer career simulator runs every season against the real record book, so you finally see how your career actually reads.

What is the soccer career simulator?

One footballer's whole career, played in a browser tab. You come through an academy, break into a first team, and then live it three seasons at a time — the first transfer, the armband, the move that ends it — with your goals, assists and appearances filling a board as you go.

Striker, playmaker or keeper?

Three genuinely different careers. A striker chases 36 goals in a season, the Premier League-era record. A playmaker is measured against 21 assists. A keeper plays a different game altogether and answers to 24 clean sheets. You choose once, and it decides what the rest of the career is graded on.

How does the first transfer work?

It arrives at a checkpoint, and it is a real decision: the money, the bigger club, or loyalty to the side that brought you through. Where you go changes the standard you are held to and how often silverware is realistically in reach. There is no wrong answer, only different careers.

What do Academy, First team and Touchline mean?

They are the chapters. Academy is the start and First team is the debut. Breakthrough, First transfer, Prime, Captaincy and Veteran move run three seasons apiece. Then Farewell asks whether you keep going, and Touchline is management — the career after the boots.

Can I win the league and the Ballon d'Or equivalent?

Titles, Player of the Year and a place in the Best XI are all live, and all of them have to be earned by the numbers your seasons actually post. A career that wins everything is rare enough to be worth sharing when it happens.

Is this a football career simulator or a soccer one?

The same game, and it is association football either way — academy, first team, transfers, the top flight. If you searched for a football career mode and landed here, this is what you were looking for.

What is the record row for?

It holds the real single-season benchmarks for your position and counts the seasons where you genuinely beat one. It reads zero in most careers, which is the point of putting it at the top of the board rather than hiding it.

What happens after I retire?

You take one more season or you stop, and then the touchline chapter plays out. Management years join your card and can only improve how the career finally reads — a bad spell in the dugout never rewrites what you did as a player.

Can a friend take on my career?

Send it. They get their own academy, their own path and their own decisions, with your finished card sitting there as the target.

Is it free, and do I need to install anything?

Free, browser-only, no account, nothing to download. Your career is encoded in the page URL, so it survives a reload and can be handed to somebody else exactly as you played it.
